Agnes Marete is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Aayden Consulting Limited, with over 20 years of experience driving organizational transformation and enterprise development across East Africa. As an ILO-certified SIYB Master Trainer and NITA-accredited facilitator, she has architected and executed large-scale business development programs, reaching more than 20,000 SMEs across 32 counties in Kenya. Her practice centers on organizational transformation, leadership development, strategic planning, and economic empowerment, with specialized focus on youth and women entrepreneurship. Under her leadership, Aayden has established strategic partnerships with the World Bank, International Finance Corporation, Kenya Commercial Bank Foundation, Equity Group Foundation, and Micro and Small Enterprise Authority, delivering measurable impact through job creation and strengthened local economies.
Wangechi is a strategist, consultant, and coach with deep expertise in organizational development, leadership, and sustainable enterprise growth. She works at the intersection of strategy, people, and impact, partnering with corporates, institutions, and growing businesses to build resilience, navigate complexity, and scale with intention. Her work spans financial services, healthcare, education, and the MSME sector. She brings a rare blend of strategic advisory, leadership coaching, and learning facilitation to every engagement, with a particular focus on unlocking growth in organizations and the entrepreneurs who lead them.
